Terms and Conditions

Please note the terms and conditions of enrolment in these courses:

  • Withdrawal from the course after enrolment incurs a minimum 10% of the course fee to cover administration costs.
  • Withdrawal from the course within 1 month of start date defaults 25% of the course fee.
  • Withdrawal from the course within 2 weeks of start date defaults 50% of the course fee.
  • Withdrawal from the course within 1 week of start date defaults full course fee.
  • Withdrawal after course commencement - full course fee payable.

            Overseas Courses:    CPL Courses conducted outside New Zealand will normally be charged in US dollars.
                                                   Please note that funds are received by CPL in NZ dollars, and any refunds due to course
                                                   cancellation by CPL will be refunded to the equivalent of the NZ dollar amount received.
